Vendors Need to be in Place No Later Than 22 September 2011 on or about 1 PM

Gates Open Friday 23 September 2011 at 12 Noon

Complete this application and indicate space required.

10’X10’ $300.00 that includes Water and Electric.
10’X20’ & up $400.00 that includes Water and Electric.

There will be only 2 wrist bands given per space rented; all others must be purchased in advance or at the gate.

* Vendors will be responsible for any trash in their area, this includes at the end of the Rally.

* Trash cans will be distributed throughout the Rally area and vendors area.

* If trash is left in the area, TELLICO BIKER RALLY retains the privilege to refuse future vendor space to said vendor.

* Please submit a recent photo of your vending operation with this
Application.

* Vendors must provide proof of insurance when submitting this application include a copy of certification of insurance along with payment

* Make check payable to TELLICO BIKER RALLY

* Submit check or money order in full amount for vending area.

* Submit Certified Check or money order full amount of booth space

* Vendors will have permits required by local government for inspection by local health dept.

* Food Vendors will be required to comply with all food handling regulation by local government.
